2. Proceed to the checkout page, and fill in all personal information accept credit card info.
3. Print the Checkout page with all personal info and cart summary.
4. Mail the printed Checkout summary page, containing your name, shipping address, phone number and email address (so that we can send you an order confirmation email), along with your check, money order or cashiers check payable to "Etail Engine" to the following address:
